Andhra -Pepper Chicken Fry Recipe

Ingredients
- 250 grams Chicken chopped to cubes Boneless (if you have kids) Otherwise with bones also fine.
- 1 Small Onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons Garlic, minced (I used more Garlic because I like the flavor)
- 2 teaspoons Ginger, minced (I used more Ginger because I like to flavor this can be used as per personal taste)
- 5 Green Chilies, chopped
- Salt, to taste
- 5 Curry leaves
- 1 Teaspoon Gram masala Powder (I Used Priya garam masala)
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
- Groundnut Oil, to cook
- 1 tablespoon Pepper powder (since we added green chilies)
- 1/2 cup Coriander (Dhania) Leaves, chopped
- 2-3 Teaspoons Corn Starch
- Tomato Chili Sause (I like more spice hence I used it is optional)
- 1 Teaspoon Soy sauce(optional)
- Green Bell peppers(optional)
How to make Andhra Pepper Chicken Recipe
Steps:
- Take 250 grams of clean boneless cubes into bowl (to wash use Turmeric and salt)
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan with 2 to 3 Teaspoons, once the oil is hot, add boneless chicken and cook for 8 to 10 mins with lid.
- Please remove chicken boneless cubes in to bowl keep it aside(in case if you need small pieces please cut into small pieces now it will be easy to cut). Note in this video initially I added bigger pieces later I cut into small pieces.
- 3 Teaspoons Heat oil in a deep frying pan, once the oil is hot, temper the oil with chopped Garlic, Ginner. It will release a nice flavor.
- After 2 mins, add Green chilies and onions (optional Green Bell Peppers)
and saute till they turn golden and Soft (Note add soy sauce in this stage along with salt so that onions will turn soft quickly required flavor will release)
- Once the onions are starting to brown, immediately add boneless chicken, Cooke about 5 minutes. (Add Magi Spicy Tomato Chili sauce as optional)
- Add Garam Masala powder and pepper Powder, mix well and cook on low flame until the curry comes together from sides of the pan.
- Stirring, intermittently sprinkle water as and when required. This will take about 4 to 5 minutes.
- Mix 3 Teaspoons Corn starch with water and then Add to chicken to get thickness, reduce the heat and cover. Cook until the chicken is tender and cooked. Once the chicken is soft cooked, open the lid and stir on Low heat till the moisture evaporates.(Add this stage if you are not string frequently bottom of pan can burn so please beware of the same and do nicely)
- Sprinkle chopped 3/4 cup of coriander and cook for 2 minutes.
- Before serving garnish with Onion rings along with Lemons.
